A session always starts with connection. Detrich shares a specific process that brings one from their mind into their heart center, no matter the situation. Because the session is intuitively guided, connecting with clear intention is essential. Detrich will assist you with getting clear through requesting an honest intention on your desired outcome, to offer a plan of action from where you are to where you want to be. As the session concludes there will be discussion on how to apply the information, like what’s needed after the session to make the long-term changes you seek. Every session looks different, though using this same structure in each, how they differ depends on the person’s core beliefs, desire and experience.
